Joann Michaela Ruppert was born May 16, 1972, in Las Vegas, Nevada and went to join our Lord and those loved one's that went before her on October 27, 2016. Joann loved the ocean and spent as much time there as possible. She is survived by her mother, Linda Mackay; her father and step mother, Joseph and Floy Ruppert; her maternal aunts, Vera Nagler and Barbara Streff and many Family members that she loved and that loved her; for when she loved, she loved with her whole heart.
