

Joseph Michael Palmer, 59, of Las Vegas, returned to his Heavenly Father on November 9, 2021, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Joe was born on February 28, 1962 in Nogales, Arizona to Jack and Evelyn Palmer. He graduated from Flagstaff High School in Flagstaff, Arizona in 1980. He attended Cypress College as the class of 1984 studying Mortuary Science. Joe met his true love, Gwendolyn Kae Ashford, and they married on January 26, 1984 in Northridge, California. They were sealed for time and all eternity on February 23, 1985 in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Temple in Los Angeles, California.
Joe spent his career serving families in the funeral home industry in California and Nevada. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and devoted his life to serving the Lord. He was devoted to providing for his family and supporting them throughout their life.
He will forever be remembered deeply in the hearts of his family. He is proceeded in death by his father Jack Palmer, mother Evelyn Palmer and wife Gwendolyn Palmer. He is survived by his sisters Rhonda, Sheila and Vanessa, children Jason and Melinda Palmer, Jeremy and Heather Palmer, Mario and Gina Falcon, and Joseph and Jennifer Palmer, and grandchildren Audrey, Keaton, Kyleigh, Kadence, Braylee, Kycen, Ethan, Kamden, Kayson, Shayla, Sofia and Declan.
A celebration of life for Joseph Michael Palmer, alongside his wife Gwendolyn Kae Palmer, will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 11:00am at the LDS Chapel at 4340 W Warm Springs Rd, Las Vegas, Nevada. There will be two viewings with the first being on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Palm Boulder Highway Mortuary located at 800 S Boulder Highway, Henderson, Nevada, and the second being on Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 9:00am-10:45am at the LDS Chapel located at 4340 W Warm Springs Rd, Las Vegas, Nevada.
