

Ken was born on January 25, 1942 in Freer, Texas. He joined the Navy at 17 years old, and while in the Navy he met the love of his life Judith (Judy) Ann Zeutzius. They were married on July 22, 1961, and celebrated 62 incredible years together.
They raised their family in Fountain Valley, California where he worked a full career in the oil industry with Standard Oil and Baker Oil Tool, retiring after 35 years with the company in 2002. When he and Judy moved to Henderson, Nevada.
Ken was a proud Navy Veteran that served in Vietnam, a lifelong member, leader and mentor in the Boy Scouts of America and member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks and The American Legion.
He is survived by his Wife, Judy; Daughter, Cindy Gogo; Son and Daughter-in-law, Steven and Sheri Bazar; Grandchildren: Christopher Gogo, Jason Gogo(Marisol) and Sam Bazar; Great-Grandchildren: Liam, Olivia and Jareth Gogo, Brother; Dan Bazar (Kim) and many extended family members.
Services will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 1:20pm at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery located at 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, Nevada 89005. Followed by a Celebration of Ken’s Life at the Henderson/Green Valley Elks Lodge No. 2802 located at 631 E. Lake Mead Parkway, Henderson, NV 89015.
