Leonard Martin Ungar

Leonard Martin Ungar, age 94, of Sun Lakes, Arizona passed away on Monday, June 26, 2023. Leonard was born in Omaha, Nebraska to his parents. Leonard enlisted in the U.S. Air Force where he served honorably and was awarded the Germany Occupation Medal and achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant.

Leonard dedicated his life to serving and educating others. It was important to him to see that not only his family achieved higher education, but he set the example through his own life for others to emulate. He will truly be missed.

Leonard was preceded in death by his parents and his wife. He is survived by his children, grandchildren and extended family.

Leonard will be laid to rest privately with military honors at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, NV 89005
