Marie F. Baumgartner

Marie F. Baumgartner, age 79, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021. She was born September 14, 1941 in Riverside, California to her parents Glen and Vina Miles. Marie grew up in Riverdale, California, graduating from Riverdale High School in 1959. She completed her Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) Certification in 1977. Marie served more than 20 years in the healthcare field, most recently at Mike O'Callaghan Federal Hospital, until her retirement in 1997. In retirement, Marie enjoyed serving her church and spending as much time as possible with family members far and wide.

Marie is survived by her children: Randy McPherson, Dawna Alley, and Katherine McPherson; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one and a half great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gary Baumgartner.

A visitation for Marie will be held Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 both at Palm Boulder Highway Mortuary, 800 South Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015. Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM at Palm Henderson Cemetery, 800 South Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015.

Due to COVID-19, government restrictions will be in place and all guests in attendance must wear a mask.
