Marjorie Adele Wright, age 99, of Henderson, NV, passed away 1/24/2016. She was born in Serena, Illinois on 10/31/1916. Marjorie graduated from Serena High School. She was married to Rollo S. Wright on 10/12/1940. Marjorie was a homemaker all her life. She was a member of the First Methodist Church in Henderson, NV and had a passion for sewing, gardening, and baking. She is survived by her daughter-in-law Kathy Wright, children Randall (Randy) Wright and Roger Wright; grandchildren Julie Kincaid, Ryan Wright, and Brady Wright; great grandchildren Zachary Minnis, Clayton Jeffers, Jessica Jeffers, Gauge Wright; and 2 great, great grandchildren. Also survived by her sister Annette Pillion. Preceded in death by her sister-in-law (Robert Schomas) and Brother-in-law (Stanley Wright). Visiation will be held on February 2 from 4-7 pm at the Palm Mortuary 800 S. Boulder Hwy Henderson, NV. Funeral Service will be held on February 3rd at 12pm at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery 1900 Veterans Memorial Dr. Boulder City, NV.
