Milan Daniel Weedman

Milan Daniel Weedman was born on June 25th, 1986 in Houston, Texas to Leslie and Mary Weedman. His family moved to Henderson, Nevada when he was 5 years old. Milan remained in Henderson attending local schools and establishing himself in the community for the next 31 years.

From 2005 to 2007, Milan served the people of Guatemala City, Guatemala as a full time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. As a missionary, Milan was well known for his kind acts and loving service to the people of Guatemala. He would often reflect back on his time there with great tenderness.

On May 22nd, 2010, Milan married his sweetheart, Brianna Morris, in the Las Vegas Temple. Over the next 13 years, they welcomed 7 beautiful children into their home.

Milan was a hard worker who ran several successful businesses serving the people of Henderson. Most recently, he and Brianna ran a business bringing fresh produce to their local community.

Milan was a man of big plans and ideas, but his greatest passion was caring for his family. The joy he received from his children was wonderful to behold. Milan had a deep love for his Savior, Jesus Christ, and had a powerful testimony of the truth of the restored gospel. Milan had a huge heart and served everyone he met.

Milan was diagnosed with leukemia on September 13th, 2022. He fought to live and be with his children with everything he had. Milan passed away on December 10th, 2023. He will be sorely missed.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 17th, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Water Street Chapel located at 400 S Water St. in Henderson, Nevada. Family and friends may gather at a viewing that night at 5:00 pm. A burial service will be held the following morning at Palm Mortuary on Boulder Highway. All expressions of sympathy, including flowers, monetary donations to the children's care and mission funds, and cards are welcome.

Milan is survived by his wife Brianna, his children Clark (12), Dean (10), Neil (8), Grant (6), Mila (4), Lena (2), and Evelyn (10 months), his parents Leslie and Mary, his siblings Robert (Amanda), Melissa (Jeremy), Fred (Jenora), Sally (Chuck), Trisha (Mike), Laura (Korbin), Katherine (Cameron), Elizabeth (Benjamin), and Claire (Gage), as well as his many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
