Patricia Kay Brune

Patricia Kay Brune, age 69, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2022. She was born and raised in Sonora, California until her teens, when the family relocated to Texas. She attended Amarillo High School. She started her family early, where she was blessed with three children. As a single mother, to support her growing family, Patricia worked a couple local jobs until she started a career with Sara Lee Hosiery Plant. She worked in several states, retiring after 33 years of service in 2006.

In 1995, Patricia met her future husband on 21st of February, through a mutual friend. The couple blended their lives and families, until 2013 when they were married at Richard's parents 50 year anniversary.

Patricia was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed sharing interests with her husband, Richard's love for movies, comics, artwork, and traveling around the United States. She was a free spirit, and lived life to the fullest; she will truly be missed.

Patricia was preceded in death by her mother, Katherine Wanita Carter. She is survived by her husband, Richard E. Brune; her children: Shannon Bates; Shasta Bates; and Anthony Bates; two sisters; two grandchildren, and extended family.
