Richard Powell Norman, age 72, of Henderson, Nevada passed away peacefully the way he wanted to on Friday, August 25, 2023. He was born in Houston, Texas to his parents Thomas Howard Norman and Ernestin Diane Worley. Richard was a proud veteran who served honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps during Vietnam.
Richard relocated to Nevada about 25 years ago to be close to his mother, who was already living in Nevada. He was generous and kind, and worked as a handyman. He loved all animals, and helping people as often as he could. He loved all sports, sports betting, fantasy football, and supporting the Golden Knights.
Richard had a heart of gold, and will truly be missed by all those closest to him.
