Roger was born November 11, 1956 to Johnny and Phyllis. He had three brothers, John, Tim and Terry and three sisters, Joni, Peggy and Janet. Rodger was married to Lisa Allen on December 31, 1991. Together the had two children, Summer and Johnny and one granddaughter Athena. His favorite day of the year was April 1. He loved adventure and was very creative. His children and grandchildren meant the world to him.
