Samantha "Mantha" Nicole Custer

Samantha "Mantha" Custer, age 23 of Henderson, Nevada, lost her battle with respiratory & palatal myoclonus on July 24, 2014. Samantha was a miracle baby born on January 19, 1991 at 12 weeks early weighing only 1'13oz. She was born in Oak Lawn, Illinois at Christ Hospital. Samantha has been a fighter her whole life enduring many medical mysteries stumping many physicians here in town. She proudly attended Coronado High School, Class of 2009. Samantha is survived by her parents, Ron & Karen Custer of Henderson, Nevada, two brother's Ronnie Custer, of Vancouver, Washington, Kenny Custer of Las Vegas, Nevada and one sister, Skyler Custer of Las Vegas, Nevada, her grandparents Robert Nicely & Robin Peddieson of Cokato, Minnesota, her Great Grandmother Kathy Petro of Wichita, Kansas and her Aunt Abby and Uncle John Peddieson of Las Vegas, Nevada, her Grandmother Maxine Custer of Bakersfield, California, her Uncle Robert Custer, Jr of Bakersfield, California, Her Aunt Becky and Uncle Gary of Simi Valley, California and her uncle Steve Custer in Georgia. She leaves behind many cousins and nieces. She will be deeply missed and with brave wings she flies. Visitation and services are being held at Palm Mortuary at 800 S. Boulder Highway in Henderson, Nevada 89015 at 10:00a.m.-12:00pm. Services will be conducted by Pastor Jayne Post.
