

Thomas Earl Wall, age 93, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at his Las Vegas home with his family by his side. He was born December 22, 1931, in Durham, North Carolina, the only child of Vera DeRay (Withrow) Wall and Thomas Cleatus Wall.
Tom served honorably in the United States Air Force from 1950 until being honorably retired in 1972. He valued this service highly and attained the rank of Master Sergeant. For his exceptional contributions to our nation's defense during the Vietnam War, he received numerous awards, including the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with two bronze service stars, and National Defense Service Medal with a bronze service star. Additional awards included: 6 Air Force Medals, Air Force Good Conduct Medal with 1 Oak Leaf Cluster, Air Force Longevity Service Award with four Oak Leaf Clusters, and small arms expert marksmanship ribbon.
Tom married Diane on July 24, 1960 and were lifelong companions and friends. He was blessed with six children: Denise, Francis,Tommy, Darin, Brian,and Sherri.
Tom worked at Walmart for 30 years, and was known by his co-workers for his integrity, commitment, and kindness.
Tom is remembered for his love of John Wayne movies, patriotism, and love for his country. He will especially be remembered for his unwavering love and support of his family.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends.
A visitation for Thomas will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Funeral services will begin at 5:00 PM both at Palm Henderson Mortuary, 800 S Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015. Thomas will be laid to rest with full military honors on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 9:20 AM at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, Nevada 89005.
