It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of America Rodriguez who left this world on December 24, 2024, at the age of 95. Born in Cuba on November 14, 1929, America’s life was a beautiful testament to resilience, grace, and the power of love.
America was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Her spirit was infectious, her kindness immeasurable, and her unwavering faith in her family and friends a constant source of comfort. Those who had the privilege of knowing America will always remember her warm smile, her generous heart, and her incredible strength.
A Visitation for America will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2025 from 8:30 A.M. until 1:30 P.M. at Caballero Rivero Hialeah Funeral Home, 373 West 9 Street, Hialeah, Florida, 33010. America will be laid to rest at 2:00 P.M. at Vista Memorial Gardens, 14200 N.W. 57 Avenue, Miami Lakes, Florida, 33014.
