Ofelia Izquierdo Acosta, age 96, of Miami Lakes, Florida passed away on Monday August 20, 2018. Ofelia was born September 21, 1921.
A visitation for Ofelia will be held Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Caballero Rivero Hialeah, 373 W 9 Street, Hialeah, FL 33010. Following the visitation will be a committal service from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Flager Memorial Park Cemetery, 5301 W Flager St, Miami, FL 33134.
