HICKORY—Andrea Calelia Gatwood, 64, passed away April 20, 2015 at Grace Hospital. Andrea was born September 3, 1950 in Virginia to the late Andrew Taylor and Pearl Blackard Moore. She was a member of Westview United Methodist Church and retired from the Caldwell County School system.
Surviving is a daughter, Laura Gatwood of Hickory and her fur baby, Button. A gathering of friends will be Saturday, April 25, from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at St. Andrews Lutheran Church with inurnment following in the church garden with Rev. W. Richard Fritz, Jr. officiating.
