Betty Little Isenhour, age 53, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Frye Regional Medical Center, after a 25 year up and down battle with an autoimmune disease. Born November 8, 1963 in Portsmouth, VA, she was the daughter of Mildred Lou Allen Little and the late Billie Dean Little. She was the owner of Tea Rose Skin Care in Hickory. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her loving husband, Michael Isenhour, of the home; son, John Shafer Isenhour, of Greensboro; sister, Sheila Yvette Little Wright, of Hickory; brother, Ralph “David” Little, of Newton; and her beloved canine companion, Azure. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., Saturday, July 22, 2017, at Hickory Funeral Home. A private family gathering will immediately follow the receiving in the Chapel of Hickory Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, Betty would like memorials to be made to the Catawba County Humane Society, 3224 20th Ave., SE, Hickory, NC 28602, on behalf of her beloved dog, Azure, whom was an adopted rescue dog.
