Christopher Edward Lewis, 53 of Hickory went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 11th, 2025, at Wendover Hospice House in Shelby, NC surrounded by his loved ones.
Born on June 14th, 1971, in Lincoln County, NC, Chris was the son of Elizabeth Dollarhide Blakely. He was loved by his family and friends and will be dearly missed.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Gregory Blanks.
Those left to cherish his memory include, his daughter, Brooke Blakely and husband, Justin Hart; his grandson, Nolan Hart; his stepfather, William Blakely; his mother, Elizabeth Blakely; his uncles, Duck, David and Gene Dollarhide.
A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date.
