David Brandon Mikeal

A much loved husband, father, son and brother, Brandon Mikeal, of Hickory, NC passed away unexpectedly Monday, August 12, 2013. He was born January 8, 1971. Brandon was employed with ESP Associates of Charlotte, NC as a land surveyor party chief. He was a St. Stephens High School graduate, class of 1989.

Brandon was an incredible man who loved the Lord with all his heart and is at peace with Him now.

He is survived by his wife, Amy Whitehouse Mikeal of the Mountain View/Hickory community; daughter, Sabrina Renee, turns 12 today; oldest son, Kristian David, is 10, Jack Ryan is 6, and Sean Aiden is 4. His parents are David and Tanya Mikeal of Hickory; sister, Kristin Nicole Mikeal of Hickory, and his grandmother, Madge Neal of Hickory. He also has many cousins, aunts, uncles, in-laws and a huge church family.

The memorial service for Brandon will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 18, 2013 in the Chapel of Drum Funeral Home, 940 29th Ave NE, Hickory, NC 28601 with Pastor Brad Spencer officiating. A receiving line will follow the service.

Healing Springs Church has set up a memorial fund for the family. In lieu of flowers, offerings can be sent and made out to Healing Springs Church, P O Box 98, Hickory, NC 28603. Please list your gift for the Mikeal family and all gifts will go to the family’s needs.
