Evelyn C. Hoyle

Evelyn was born August 13, 1937 in Catawba Co. to the late Rose Eppely Leonhardt.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Hoyle and step father, Clyde “Doddie” Leonhardt.

Surviving are her husband, Edwin “Toy” Hoyle of the home, son, Terry Hoyle and wife, Jean of Hickory, daughter, Ruth Ann Hamby of Hickory, granddaughters, Kera Hamby, Erica Hoyle, Katheryn Hoyle, grandsons, Matthew Hoyle of Greensboro and Jacob Hoyle of Hickory.

Services will be Tuesday, October 19, at 3:00 P. M. at Hickory Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend David Guelzow officiating.

Interment will follow in Catawba Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:45 -2:45 P. M. at Hickory Funeral Home.
