HICKORY – Harley Johnson, 84 of Hickory passed away on February 25, 2024 at Carolina Caring in Newton.
Harley was born on June 23, 1939 in Catawba County to the late Malcolm M. and Eva Rudisill Johnson. He was a Veteran of the US Army. Harley loved fishing, gardening and going to Air Shows.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Johnson.
Left to cherish his memory is a brother, Derrell Johnson; sister in law, Shirley Johnson; and niece, Tania Johnson.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 2 PM at Catawba Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Catawba Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1 PM - 2 PM at the funeral home.
