Jeffery Curtis Medley, 24, of Hickory, passed away October 26, 2015 at CMC in Charlotte. Born February 6, 1991, in Hickory, NC, he was the son of Jeffery Charles Medley and Janie Nicole Phillips Medley. Curtis was a member of Christ Church, Northside and was employed with his father in the family lawn care business.
In addition to his parents, Curtis is survived by brothers, Alex and Nolan Medley; paternal grandmother, Rita Medley; maternal grandparents, Jim and Sandra Phillips; maternal great-grandmother, Hazel Phillips; aunts and uncles, Kandra and Wes Powers and Tamara and Shawn Greene; and his dog, Cali.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2015 in the Chapel of Drum Funeral Home in Hickory with Pastor Harley Scalf and Pastor Scott Howard officiating.
