Hickory – Joyce Fernandez Roberts, 75 of Hickory went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family.
Born on February 5, 1946 in Hillsborough County, Florida, she was the daughter of the late John Wyatt and Lenora Taylor Fernandez. Joyce was a retired RN who worked for over 30 years. Joyce loved to spend time with her family on vacations at the beach. She will be dearly missed.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a son, Wesley Dial and 3 daughters, Kristina Woods and Husband, Bob, Rebecca Baucom and Kellee Hagee and husband Kyle; 3 grandsons, Ryan, Collin and Kameron; 7 granddaughters, Tisha, Keisha, Jocelyn, Cyann, Sydney, Maddyn and Karsyn.
