Oris Lee Ingram

Oris was born September 28, 1935 in Randolph Co. to the late Clark and Glenna Sykes Ingram.

Oris was a very active member of Lakeview Baptist church where he served as a deacon, veteran of the US army, retired from Carolina Container and worked part time for Lowes Food.

Surviving are his wife of 54 years, Audrey Cagle Ingram of the home; sons, David L. Ingram of Hickory and Brian Ingram of Hickory; daughter, Paula Ingram of Hickory; granddaughters, Danielle Pitsenbarger and husband, Blaine of Waxhaw and Deanna Ingram of Hickory; brothers, James A. Ingram and wife, Charlotte of Elizabethon, TN, William H. Ingram and wife, Betty of Lexington, NC and Clinton Ingram and wife, Betty of High Point.

Services will be Saturday, March 10, 2012, at 11:00 AM at Lakeview Baptist Church with Reverend Jerry Hurley officiating.

Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends Friday from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Hickory Funeral Home.
