Patricia Coulter Benson

CONOVER – Patricia Coulter Benson, 75 of Conover passed away on August 9, 2020 at Carolina Caring.

Patricia was born on February 16, 1945 in Catawba County to the late Marvin and Jessie Gilbert Coulter. Patricia retired from Old Dominion Trucking. She loved spending time with her family, watching movies and going to the beach.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Wade Benson; sisters, Joyce Coulter Shook, Elizabeth Coulter Cooper; and brother-in-law, Norman Clay Bowman.

Survivors include sister-in-laws, Martha Bowman; Myra Teague and husband Donny; brother-in-laws, Carroll (Bud) Bolick and wife Erlene, Edgar Bolick; nieces and nephews, Christa Griffin and husband Jim, Neil Bowman, Todd Bowman, Gary Eu(gene) Shook and wife Chasity, Brian Shook, Emily Pippen, Tamara Younce and husband Frank; and numerous other nieces and nephews and other family members.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
