HICKORY---Patricia S. Ross, 60, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice House after a brief illness. Patricia was born February 11, 1956 in Hamilton, Ohio to Howard Smith and the late Velma Phillips Smith. She was employed by HSM of Hickory as a machine operator. She is survived by her Father Howard Smith; Sister Phyllis Smith, and niece Paige Mauser all of Hickory. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 7, 2016 from 9:45am to 10:45am at Hickory Funeral Home. The service will be held Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 11:00am at Hickory Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Steve Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Charlotte.
