Paul "Brad" Bradley Kanipe

Taylorsville – Paul Bradley “Brad” Kanipe, 56 of Taylorsville, NC went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 29th, 2026.

Born on March 7th, 1969, in Catawba County, NC, Brad was the son of Paul Gibson Kanipe and Nancy King Huffman. He had an infectious laugh, and he adored his grandchildren. Brad loved to cook and host large family gatherings. He loved going to the mountains with friends to shoot guns.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 5 years, Beth Kanipe; and his stepmother, Ann Kanipe.

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughters, Amber Glenn and husband Justin, Miranda Boughman and husband Jordan; sons, Andrew Kanipe, and Nick Arnett and wife Sydney; grandchildren, Thatcher Kanipe, Rowan Kanipe, Mathias Kanipe, Evangeline Kanipe, Nixon Glenn, Isaac Glenn, Hollyn Boughman, Ruthie Boughman, Naomi Boughman, Stella Arnett, Vivienne Arnett; and daughter-in-law, Stephanie Kanipe; sisters, Jennifer Baker and husband Brent, Sara McGhinnis and husband Mike; brother, Todd Kanipe; nieces and nephews, Kristen Blair and husband Jason, Matt Baker, David Lange and wife Heidi; a number of extended family, and had a group of loyal friends he considered family.

A Celebration of Life Service will be scheduled at a later date.
