Zelda Mae Seale

Zelda was born November 30, 1916 in Catawba Co. to the late Noah and Thelma Bowman Huffman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J. D. Seale and a sister, Neva Gragg Hill.

She was a member of St. Stephens Lutheran Church., Mo Synod and retired from Hickory Frye Furniture in 1982.

Surviving are her sons; Jimmy “Jim” Seale and wife, Phyllis of Hickory and Michael Seale and wife, Patricia of Hickory; granddaughters, Lisa Seale of Columbia, SC and Leah Aiken and husband Toby of Conover; grandsons, Jason Seale of Hickory and Eric Seale and wife, Carolyn of Raleigh; great-granddaughter, Madelyn Seale of Raleigh and great-grandson, Riley Aiken of Conover.

Services will be Saturday, May 26, 2012, at 11:00 AM at St. Stephens Lutheran Church, Mo Synod with the Reverend David Ziehr officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 9:45 until 10:45 AM at St. Stephens Lutheran Church, Mo Synod.
