She was an active member of the Mercy League and lifelong member of the Hicksville United Methodist Church.
Lil enjoyed her family, friends, travel, bowling and golf.
In 2002, she was celebrated as the oldest volunteer at the US Open at Bethpage.
She was the loving wife of the late Francis J. Anderson, devoted mother of John Anderson and Marti, Bill Anderson and Fran and Joyce
Merzbacher and Rick. She was the adored grandmother of Leanne, Justin, Gary, Laurene, Kristina, Mark,
the late John and proud great- grandmother of 11.
Visitation at the Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Home 125 W. Old Country Rd Hicksville Mon. 2-4 & 7-9pm.
Funeral service Tues. 10am at Hicksville United Methodist Church.
Burial to Follow at The Cemetery Of The Holy Rood.
