Mario E. Guas, age 94, of Westbury, New York passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022. Beloved husband of Maria Guas. Loving father to his daughter, Laura Abbate, his son, Daniel Guas, and his daughter in law, Meghan Callahan. Adored grandfather to Elena Abbate, Leonidas Abbate and Reina Guas. A visitation for Mario will be held Sunday, November 20, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Home, 125 W. Old Country Rd, Hicksville, New York 11801. A Mass of Christian Burial will occur Monday, November 21, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Hope RC Church, Carle Place, NY. An interment will follow at Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury, New York.
