Everyone always said I was the one who took after u, I looked like u & had a lot of your traits. I feel blessed & honored to b your oldest child & pray I am half the person u were. Thank u for ALWAYS being there for me I love u!!!

There are no words that can truely express how I felt about my Dad. His heart was as big as the island he called home. My Dad will always live on through me and my children.He taught me the meaning of honesty and integrity and to live my life this way. Grandpa- I will never forget your kind heart and generous spirit. You are a true example of a hard working man! There are too many memories to even try and recount here. You made our first trip to Disney World one my sisters and I would never forget and Christmas morning was never the same without you. Many happy memories of Uncle Pat. He was apart of my child hood. He was always laughing and smiling and cared about us girls. RIP

My heart is heavy to know my Godfather, Uncle Pat has gone on to heaven. Uncle Pat was a pillar in my childhood, he showed his love to my family by his presence and his joy. As a child on Long Island he was always there. As the years have gone on I have missed him. The visits we had became less, but it was always just like yesterday when we did visit. Today I am so thankful for the visit we had last July. I will miss you Uncle Pat and I will carry you with me in my heart and in my memories. Love, Denise

My prayers are for the family at this difficult time. You will have wonderful memories of your Dad, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. I would say that God needed another policeman in heaven. He was a good man.

Although I didn't know your dad, please accept my deepest condolences on his passing.  Any Man who is a fellow retired Nassau County Police Officer is a friend of mine.  God bless him and may he rest in peace.  He has done more than his fair share peace keeping here on earth.

I didn't know Officer Gully, but I am a co-worker of Lauren, one of his granddaughters.  My heartfelt condolences to the family.

I am so sorry for the loss of your dad.  He was such a nice man.  I was his house cleaner for 14 years.  He also drove for my wedding and knew my dad as well.  Heaven has another angel, so sorry again.
