Peter Wai Chung Eng

Peter was born on October 18, 1948 in Taishan, China to mother Sau Lan Ng and father Yiu Ng. He grew up in Hong Kong and attended SouthEast Radio College with a degree in Radio and TV Engineering. He immigrated to New York City in 1972, where he made NYC his permanent home. He worked as an Electronic Technician at various companies, where he excelled in his roles and made life-long friends.

Peter was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed being on the water where he found both tranquility and excitement at the same time. He loved gardening and tinkering with home improvement projects. He had a soft spot for animals; tended to his aquarium, cared for stray cats, and doted on his beloved dog, Rosie. Most importantly he loved spending time with his family, especially his 10 grandchildren.

Peter is survived by his loving wife, Kit-Chen; his daughters Cassandra (Jon Paul), Chelsia (Paul), Becky (Michael); his son Kevin (Yilih); his grandchildren, Kalyssa, Brianna, Savanna, Sarah, Ethan, Tyler, Emily, James, Matthew, and Vanessa; his siblings, Mei Ling, Mei Yee, Mei Wa, and Kit Wai.

Peter will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
