Brenda Gail Ayscue Davis

HIGH POINT - Brenda Gail Ayscue Davis, 76, passed away on Wednesday, November 22nd, 2017 at Hospice Home at High Point. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 25th, 2017 at 12pm at Sechrest Funeral Service of High Point, Jay Davis officiating. Internment will follow at Floral Garden Park Cemetery.

Brenda was a native of High Point, NC, and was born July 1, 1941. the daughter of Percy and Juanita Ayscue, formerly of Louisburg, NC, who preceded her in death. Brenda attended school at High Point City Schools, and was a member of Green Street Baptist Church in High Point for many years. She was a volunteer for the Red Cross and High Point Regional Hospital. Brenda was a Licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker GRI, attended classes at GTCC, Randolph Tech, and Realtor Institute in Chapel Hill, NC. Brenda was active in the real estate business, in High Point and Guilford County, for 27 years. She worked as a Real Estate Broker with Stan Byrd Associates, Mabe & Company, and Prudential Realty, in High Point, NC. Brenda enjoyed vacation beach trips with her family and friends in the High Point, Archdale, and Jamestown area.

Surviving are two sons Jay Davis (Cindy) of Randolph County, and Scott Davis (Jennifer) of High Point, NC. Three grandchildren, Chelsea Davis, of Randolph County, Luke Davis, and Tatum Davis of High Point, NC. Two brothers, Harold Ayscue (Emily) of Durham, NC, Douglas Ayscue, of High Point. Two Sisters, Kathy Michael, and Connie Cody of High Point, NC. Also, several nieces, nephews, and cousins in the Triad area and Louisburg, NC area.

She was preceded in death by her former husband, Wayne C. Davis of High Point, NC

The Family will receive friends at Sechrest Funeral Service of High Point one hour prior to funeral service on Saturday, November 25th, 2017.
