Charles "Chuck" Edward Miles

Chuck was born on December 25,1945, a son of the late W.C. and Myrtle Blackwell Miles. Chuck was the eldest of four siblings. He served in the Army for seven years in the transportation unit. After serving in the military, Chuck became a truck driver for Borden's Dairy, Harris Teeter, and Transcorp. He was an avid fisherman and loved bowling. Chuck loved his grandbabies and great-grandbabies! Preceding in Chuck's death are Sammy Miles, Lanny Miles, Florriene Miles, Steven Wishon, and Jayden Neal.

Surviving are his wife of 39 loving years, Shirley Miles, six daughters; Marlene Neal (Mickey), Brenda McIntyre, Linda Howell (Jody), Julie Wishon (Steve), Victoria Isom (Chuck), Debbie Miles Maggard (Todd), one son; Mark Miles; one sister; Victoria Alexander and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A celebration of Chuck's life will be held Friday February 2 at 1:30pm at Sechrest-Davis Funerals and Cremations in High Point. Family will receive friends prior from 12pm to 1:30pm.
