Dillon was born in High Point, December 27, 1990, a son of Hurbert “Butch” Chesson and Ronda Jean Shaw. Dillon was a very handsome and brave young man who had many challenges in life. The last five years were a struggle, but he fought hard up until the end. Dillon will be remembered as a very loving, sweet, handsome young man who had the ability to light up any room. He was preceded in death by his father and maternal grandfather, Perry Shaw.
Surviving are his mother, Ronda Shaw; brothers, Kyle Chesson and Chance Chandler; his grandmothers, Janice Shaw and Shirley Shore; aunts, Linda Hilton and fiancé Mike Galloway, Sue Steed and husband Darvin Wayne Steed and Scarlett Rogers; cousins, Angie Thompson and husband Mark, Candace Hilton and fiancé, Steven McCraw, Dalton Steed, Cody Wayne Newman, Billy Rogers and Skye Ann Hilton.
A Celebration of Dillon’s life will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Davis Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Ray Calhoun. Burial will follow in Floral Garden Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 12:30 p.m. until the service.
