Edward Wayne Hurley

Wayne was a Past Master of the High Point AFAM Masonic Lodge and a Past President of the High Point Shriners Club.

In addition to his parents Wayne was preceded in death by a daughter, Margie Hurley Peters; and two brothers, Dennis Hurley & Dean Hurley.

Surviving is his wife, Polly Hurley; sons, Edward Wayne Hurley Jr., and Tommy Dean Hurley (Susan); daughter, Shannon Hurley Hensley (Tim); two brothers, Gale Hurley & Lane Hurley, eleven grandchildren; Edward Wayne “Trey” Hurley III, Ryan Dean Hurley, Kasey Hensley, Colt Cameron Hensley, Michael Hurley, Mason Hurley, Allison Hurley, Nalon Hensley, Kyle Hurley, Robert Hensley and Carter Hensley; and two great-grandchildren, Leland Hensley and Aria Hurley.

A Funeral Service will be held at 3pm on Sunday, November 13, in the chapel of Sechrest Funeral Service of High Point.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Entombment will follow at the Oakwood City Cemetery Mausoleum.
