James Lee Jenkins

James was born in Pinehurst, February 10, 1941, a son of the late Wade and Evelyn Norton Jenkins. He worked in the furniture industry for fifty years. James enjoyed working in his vegetable garden and was a avid collector. He was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Catherine Marie Jenkins and a brother, Michael Jenkins.

Surviving are three daughters, Beverly Soban and husband Jurij, Angela Kowalski and husband Jason and Lora Jenkins; a son, Timothy Jenkins; six grandchildren, Jenifer Mosley and husband Mike, Douglas and Parker Brady, Katie Swartz, Lane and Kaley Kowalski; several great-grandchildren; and a sister, Kay Worley.

Dad lived his life free from material chains and had the courage to simplify his life.

Services will be private. Flowers are welcomed at Davis Funeral Home.
