Joseph Michael Whitt, age 70, of Asheboro, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021. Joseph was born June 23, 1951 to Robert and Dorothy (Brewer) Whitt at Wilkes County Memorial Hospital.

He was married to Kathy Stout until her death in March of 2014. Mike is survived by his two daughters, Cathie Ramey (Mike), Dellia Ramey (David), eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, July 24 in the chapel at Sechrest-Davis Funerals and Cremations, 976 Phillips Avenue, High Point, NC, 27262, Rev. Mike Whitt officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Garden Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
