Lois was born in Thomasville, November 21, 1941, a daughter of the late James Bascom Clemmons, Jr. and Ruby Yates Clemmons. She was bakery manager with Kroger’s and Food Lion for many years. Lois was a very loving and compassionate mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Donald Holder and Montie Hicks and she was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are a daughter, Kim Holder and friend Tina Hill; two sons, Keith Holder and Donnie Holder and wife Wendy; six grandchildren, Brian, Allayshia, Brandon, Ashley and Brooke Holder and Ashlyn Doxtad.
A Celebration of Lois’s Life will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in the Davis Funerals and Cremations Chapel by Pastor David Edwards. Burial will follow in Floral Garden Memorial Park.
