Pat went to school in Edmonton, England, where she grew up. Her career as a bookkeeper was extensive, but she will be remembered the most by her friends at American Premium Beverage and Green Ford Auto Auction. In addition, Pat was a dedicated member of Deep River Friends Meeting in High Point.
Pat was not only known as Queen Mum but also the queen of Facebook. She entertained her followers with her Nanny adventures. She was an avid reader and kept two kindles charged at all times. Pat was so proud to have donated 150 pints of blood, saving many lives.
Her legacy will be the gift of laughter. Her quick wit and humor caught most people off guard. Everyone loved listening to our mother's endless stories, and it was pure entertainment to watch people's reactions. Her laughter, love, and life will live on in our hearts and memories.
Pat is survived by her four children, Cher Banks Stillo, Stephen Banks, Kim Banks Segal, and Karen Banks; her sister, Christine Head; and eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Deep River Friends Meeting, 5300 West Wendover Ave., High Point, NC, on Monday, December 26, at 3:00 pm.
In place of flowers, donations can be made to the Benevolence Fund at Deep River Friends.
