Peggy Marie Tucker

Peggy Marie Tucker, age 76, of Thomasville passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. She was born September 21, 1946, in High Point, NC, the daughter of the late William F. Hodge and Margaret L. Hutchins.

She was a devoted member of Madison Heights Free Will Baptist Church. Peggy was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She loved doing genealogy.

Peggy is survived by her husband, Phillip Robert Tucker; sons, Phillip Curtis Tucker (Rachel) and Stephen Paul Tucker (Charlie;) brothers, Bill Hodge and Tony Hodge; grandchildren, Justin Tucker, Brittany Tucker, Blake Tucker, Alexander Poole, Christopher Tucker, Victoria Edwards, Patricia Edwards, Anthony Edwards, Amber Edwards, and Morales Edwards; and great-grandchildren, Tucker, Ayden, and Autumn; and her beloved dog, Jeter.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Judy Harding.

A graveside service for Peggy will be held Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery, 1730 West English Road, High Point, North Carolina 27262.
