Dorothy Monica Wilczewski

Dorothy Monica Wilczewski went to heaven to be with her sweetie, Leonard on December 22, 2023. She left behind so many people who loved her including her sons and daughters-in-law, Mark & Kimberly, Joseph & Rochelle, and Leonard & Maria; her grandchildren, Kourtney (Ryan) Nelson, Karly (Max) Wanko, Mikala, Andrew, Jovani, Alexa, Mitchell, Conner, and Hunter; and her great-grandchildren, Jemarius, Wesley, and Jax.

Dorothy was preceded by her parents Michael & Helen (Horzempa) Kempisty and in-laws, Edward & Marie (Bazner) Wilczewski. She was a proud sister and sister-in-law to, Michael & the late Laurie Kempisty, the late Eddie Zurowick, the late Theresa & the late Doug Dedenbach, Richard & Tina Kempisty, the late Lorraine & the late Richie Clouse, the late Tom Kempisty & Dotti, Daniel & Laura Kempisty, Kathy & John Nitecki, Joseph Kempisty, Mary Ann & Ed Chrzanowski, the late Edward & the late Dorothy Wilczewski, the late Gerald & the late Evelyn Wilczewski, and Marie Ann & Ronald Bartoszek.

She was an especially proud and loved Godmother, cousin, best friend, and Aunty to so many relatives, friends, nieces, and nephews.

Family and friends are welcome to celebrate her life on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at St. John Catholic Church, 2099 N. Hacker Road, Howell, MI 48855. Dorothy’s family will receive visitors from 10:00 am until the time of her Memorial Mass at 11:00 am. A luncheon will follow at Dunham Hills Golf Club, 13561 Dunham Road, Hartland, MI 48353. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may consider memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
