Dear Grandma White, Shelly, George, and family,
We know because of your deep faith in God that you are comforted by the fact that although Butch has passed on to heaven, it is only because he goes to prepare a place for all of you. We can celebrate such a wonderful man's life because of the way he way raised as well as how he worked and took care of his family. Butch was kind and understanding toward every one. He was a very loving husband and father. As Brian said in his eulogy, it is a proud moment in any father's life when their children recognize that Dad is thier friend now as an adult, but as a child he was the parent. It shows that your father demanded as well as deserved your's and everyone's respect. Grandma, your children were raised in a very loving atmosphere which is due to you. You taught them thier morals and ethics. You may be very proud of each one of them. We don't think that there is another family quite like yours where the children always get along. What a blessing! Now, although, Butch is not physically with us, he will never die while we hold his memory in our hearts.Knowing that he is now with God and is finally pain-free is a very comforting thought.God needed Butch because with the mess in the world today; He can turn to Jesus and give him a joke with his twinkling eyes and make Jesus laugh which everyone needs to do, especially now. Thank you God for Butch's life and may his memory always remain with us. Our sympathy, prayers and love are with each and every one of you.

I send my thoughts and prayers. I worked with George for ten years at Harding Tube. He taught me a great deal about tool & die.He didn't think twice about helping me or answering any questions I had. He will be truly missed.

To the White family,

We are very saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. White.  As friends of Brian and Winnie, we always heard wonderful stories about their parents and we had the pleasure of meeting both of Brian's parents at concerts and at Brian's graduation party.

You are all very much in our thoughts. It's a blessing that you were all together when he passed. We know it must of brought him great peace of mind to have his family at his side.

The entire Harding family wishes to extend its sincere condolences to George's wife, children, and extended family.  

Robert Harding Sr. knew George most of his adult life and had great respect for his tooling abilities, as well as his dry sense of humor.  Chris, Brian, and John Harding worked with George since their teen years and learned much from his professional expertise and calm demeanor.   

George was certainly the kind of individual you wanted as your co-worker or neighbor; he was considerate, helpful, and honest.  He was a man of few words, but he chose those words wisely.  We are all better people from our association with George and his passing is a great loss to everyone who knew him.

I will hold on to my memories of Uncle Butch, like how he could easily make me laugh. I will miss his expressions and sense of humor. My love to those who call him Dad, Husband, Son, Grandpa, Brother, Uncle and Friend.

Dear Brian, Jeanne, and Adam,
My deepest sympathy to you and all of your family on the loss of your terrific dad and husband.  Over the years, I have heard from both Brian and Win about the special person that George was, and I can recall meeting him at the lake home one summer while visiting Winnie and Brian.  
I will be thinking of you all on March 22, and know that your love and caring for each other will once again be a special way to pay tribute to George.
