Joyce Ellen Kemp of Highland, passed away January 5, 2016 at 70 years of age. Loving wife of Nicholas. Dear mother of Duane (Christine) Kemp and Denise Kemp. Grandmother of Heather Shutter, Ryder Kemp, Nicklas Sipes and Nicole Hazelwood.. Great grandmother of Addison Shutter. Also survived by one brother, Russell (Ruth) Routsong. She is preceded in death by her parents; Harold and Neva Routsong and brother, Jerry Routsong.
Joyce enjoyed KENO, BINGO and going to the Casino.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, January 8, 2016 at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8 P.M. Interment will take place on Friday at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Troy.
