Larry Fowler Brookshire

Larry Fowler Brookshire, age 61, of White Lake, died Thursday, June 24, 2021, at Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital in Commerce Township. Left to cherish his memory are his two children: Jennifer (Jeremiah) Sherman, and Jonathon Brookshire; his four grandchildren: Morgan, Henry, Charlie, and Oscar; his parents, Glen and Anna; and his three siblings: Glenn (Barb) Brookshire, Debbie (Garry) Pullins, and Lois Brookshire.

Larry was born May 10, 1960, in Pontiac, the son of Mr. & Mrs. Glen and Anna (Osborne) Brookshire. He worked as an HVAC technician for a variety of heating and cooling businesses in the White Lake area for several years until his retirement. In his free time, Larry could be found watching a NASCAR race or hockey game, listening to Led Zeplin, or going fishing. He was a wonderful man who will be missed by many.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, July 2, 2021, at the Highland chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road, Highland 48356. Pastor Chris Todd will officiate. Larry’s family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 10:30 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Cresent Hills Cemetery in Waterford Township.
