Lesley Ann Chapman, age 38, born on December 20, 1976 in Detroit, Michigan, passed suddenly on April 9, 2014 in Traverse City, Michigan. Beloved mother of Austin Chapman, Chole Hall, and Caleb Hall. Loving daughter of Lawrence (JoAnn) McCullen. Dear sister of Brian McCullen. Cherished aunt of Alex and Andrew McCullen. Lesley will be missed by many family and friends.
