Mary Elizabeth Cypher DeMerell

Mary Elizabeth Cypher DeMerell, age 84, of White Lake Township, passed away August 28, 2015. Beloved wife of Robert Weymouth DeMerell. Loving mother of Elizabeth Ann (David) DeMerell-Sedlow, Margaret Leonteen (Walter) Zahn, Robert Charles (Konstandina) DeMerell and John Weymouth (Erin) DeMerell. Proud grandmother of Daria Mary “Dasha” (Nick) McKechnie, Edward Bartholomew “Edik” Sedlow, Gary Alexander Zahn, Julia Renée Zahn, Jacob Anthony Zahn, Maria Elena DeMerell, Lia Alexandra DeMerell and Robert John “Jack” DeMerell. Dear sister of Charles Cypher, Florence Dixon, Ann Marie (Edward) Birko and Kathleen Kelly, and sister-in-law of Rosemarie Cypher. Mary also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Lawrence and Margaret Regina Cypher, her siblings, Joseph Cypher, Margaret Turner, Harry Cypher and Robert Cypher, her brothers-in-law, Robert Kelly and Daniel Dixon, and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Cypher and Marie Cypher. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Road, Highland. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, September 4, 2015 at 11:00am (In State 10:00am) at St. Patrick Parish, 9086 Hutchins Road, White Lake.
