Beloved husband of the late Shurlee. Loving father of Judie (Dallas) Parmetter, Gail (Richard) Langmaid, Raymond Bard and Gwen (Russ) Shelton. Proud grandfather of 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mr. Bard was a proud WWII Navy Veteran. He was a concrete finisher by trade and continued to lay concrete up until the age of 95. He was a handyman who liked fixing things and had the talent to sew. His greatest joy was taking care of his dog, Tucker. He will be very much missed by all.
A celebration of life along with a much deserved military burial will be held at a later date.
