A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm, Sunday, August 18, 2024 at the home of Todd Tolbert, 460 Button Rd, Okemos, Michigan 48864. The family will receive visitors from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Tyler was a video gamer. He loved music, especially eclectic Rap music. He loved U of M Football. He collected Legos and sports cards. Tyler was an animal lover. Sick, abandoned or new born cats always seem to seek him out. Cats seem to know if they found Tyler and Christine they would have a loving home.
Tyler is survived by his loving partner Christine Sobczak of almost 20 years; his children Sterling, MacKenzie and Zayda Richards; his parents Richard and Lora Richards; his grandchildren Luna and Lyric Richards; his brothers Rich (Diane) Duzenbury and Travis Richards; his sister in law Cat Sobczak, aunts Cindy Evans and Roxane Tolbert. He also leaves behind his adopted cats Gingy, Baby-T, Eva, Flora and Snickers.
