Jose attended West Ottawa High School and had a great sense of humor. He was a big Michigan State fan and WWE wrestler Ray Mysterio. Jose loved to eat pizza and loved animals especially his cat Squeakers.
He was preceded in death by his father, Alberto Martinez, sister Melisa R. Martinez, grandpa Fermin De Jesus Martinez, grandparents Ronald and Ruth Knight.
A memorial service will be at 11 am, Tuesday, December 22, at Cedar Creek Alliance Chapel, 7193 Sweeter Road, Twin Lake, Michigan 49457. Pastor Randy will be presiding. Please wear a mask and social distance as appropriate. A graveside service will take place in the spring of 2021 at Hart Cemetery in Hart, Michigan.
