Betty Lou Van Order

Betty loved life, and she was loved in return by all who knew her. As a waitress, her clients were devoted to the service and smile that she provided. She worked for 25 years at Community Restaurant and another 25 years at Jackie’s. She and her family spent wonderful times at their cottage, camping, and traveling in their motorhome. Betty was blessed to have been able to spend her earlier years traveling to Florida, basking in the sun on Florida beaches, and living the Florida life.

Betty is preceded in death by an infant daughter, Amy Jo; brothers, Earl (Bernice) Engelsman, Kenneth Engelsman, and Dale Engelsman; sisters in law, Marion Engelsman and Kathy Dent.

Survivors include her devoted husband, Richard; children Todd (Jodi) Van Order, Becky Van Order, Terry (Sherri) Van Order; grandchildren, Rachael Van Order, Gina (Kevin) Tullila, Jared (Cara) Van Order, Derek Van Order, Tyler Van Order, Nick Van Order, Landon Van Order; great grandchildren, Montgomery Miller, Dirk Bolton, Millie Bolton, Lottie Tullila; brother, Leroy (Diane) Engelsman; sisters in law, Joanne Engelsman, Ruth Engelsman; in laws from her husband’s family, Arthur (Betty) Van Order, Carl (Shirley) Van Order, Tom (Marie) Van Order, Bonnie (Jim) Brohman, Phil (Deb) Dent; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

A Memorial Service will be announced in the early Spring.
